A member of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority’s media office Manar Ghanem said on Tuesday that the weather is improving and that during afternoon and in the evening hours, there is wind activity in most regions of Egypt, and it may blow up some dust and sand, especially in the areas of northern and southern Upper Egypt, which increases the feeling of cold.
During a phone-in with Good Morning Egypt TV show, Ghanem said that moderately cold weather expected at night. She added that there are opportunities for low and medium clouds on our northern coasts, Lower Egypt governorates and some areas of Sinai, and these clouds are accompanied by opportunities for rainfall.
She added: We advise citizens not to loosen their clothes, and that we are still maintaining winter clothes, especially at night. It is preferable to keep a jacket, and on Wednesday, we will witness more drop in temperatures.
Ghanem said that it is expected that the high will be recorded in Cairo at 25C, and these cold weather at night will continue with us until the end of this week, and with the beginning of next week we will witness a slight rise in temperatures.
