Meteorologists expect hot weather on Thursday in Cairo, Lower Egypt and North of Upper Egypt, with very hot weather south of Upper Egypt during the daytime.
Moderate weather is expected for areas along the western coasts, and the weather will grow milder at night across the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 29C in Alexandria, 33C in Cairo, 38C in Qena, 41C in Luxor and 42C in Aswan.
Mist will impact visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country, with low and medium-level clouds predicted for the northern coasts.
Winds will be mostly northwestern and moderate, active on South Sinai, disturbing dusts and sands south of the country, and active in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez, potentially disrupting maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be light to moderate and range between one and 1.5 meters in height, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough and range between two and 2.5 meters with northwestern winds on both seas.
