Meteorologists expect moderate weather along the north coast on Saturday, with warmer humid weather in Lower Egypt and Cairo.
Very hot weather is predicted in Upper Egypt, especially for the daylight hours.
Mist is predicted in the north in the morning. Low- and medium-level clouds are expected to increase in the north.
Winds are expected to be northwesterly and moderate in strength. They are expected to be active in South Sinai, the Gulf of Suez, and the Red Sea, possibly disrupting maritime navigation there.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 31C in Alexandria, 35C in Cairo, 39C in Qena, and 40C in Luxor, and 41C in Aswan.
Waves in the Mediterranean will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and two meters in height. In the Red Sea they’re expected to be moderate to turbulent, ranging between between two and 2.5 meters in height.
Northwesterly surface wind is predicted in both seas.
