Meteorologists predict moderate weather for Egypt’s western coasts on Wednesday and semi-hot weather across the eastern coasts.
Hot weather is expected for Cairo, Lower Egypt and northern Upper Egypt.
Very hot temperatures will prevail across southern Upper Egypt during the daytime, while the weather will grow milder at night throughout the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 32C in Alexandria, 37C in Cairo, 41C in Qena, 41C in Luxor and 41C in Aswan.
Mist will impact visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country, with low- and medium-level clouds anticipated.
Winds will be mostly northwestern and moderate, active across South Sinai and in the Gulf of Suez, possibly disrupting maritime navigation there.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be light to moderate and will range between 1.5 and two meters in height while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough and will range between two and 2.5 meters in height with northwesterly surface winds.
