Meteorologists predict moderate weather for Egypt’s northern coasts on Friday along with hot weather in Lower Egypt and Cairo and very hot weather in Upper Egypt during the daytime.
Very hot temperatures will prevail across southern Upper Egypt during the daytime, while the weather will grow milder at night throughout the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 31C in Alexandria, 37C in Cairo, 43C in Qena, 44C in Luxor and 44C in Aswan.
Mist will impact visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country, with low- and medium-level clouds anticipated.
Winds will be mostly northwestern and moderate, active in Cairo and possibly disrupting maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be moderate and will range between 1.5 and two meters in height, with northwesterly surface winds on both seas.
