Egypt’s meteorologists predict hot for Lower Egypt, Cairo and northern Upper Egypt on Sunday, with very hot weather expected for Upper Egypt and moderate weather across northern coasts.
The weather will grow mild at night throughout the entire country.
Maximum temperatures expected for the following cities are: 28C in Alexandria, 33C in Cairo, 38C in Qena and Luxor, and 40C in Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility in several areas north of Egypt in the morning. Low and medium-level clouds are anticipated for most of the country.
Winds will be moderate and northwesterly, active in the western parts of the country, and in South Sinai.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be moderate and will range between 1.5 and two meters, with northwesterly surface winds on both seas.
