Meteorologists expect moderate weather across the northern coasts on Friday and warm weather across Lower Egypt, Cairo and northern Upper Egypt.
Hot weather is expected for southern Upper Egypt during the day, growing very cold at night throughout the entire country.
Maximum temperatures expected for the following cities are 22C in Cairo, 20C in Alexandria, 26C in Qena, 27C in Luxor and 28C in Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility in the morning across the country’s northern parts and northern Upper Egypt.
Low and medium-level clouds will cover the north of the country. Winds will be northeasterly and moderate in South Sinai, the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez, disturbing maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be light to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters with northeasterly surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters with northwesterly winds.
