Meteorologists predict temperatures to drop down on Sunday across Egypt.
Cold weather is expected on Egypt’s northern parts until northern Upper Egypt, warmer on southern Upper Egypt, growing colder by night across the entire country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 17C in Alexandria, 18C in Cairo, 19C in Qena, 20C in Luxor, and 22C in Aswan.
Winds are expected to be mainly southwestern and moderate, active on most parts, blowing up sand and dust and reaching storm levels in some areas. It will also disrupt maritime navigation in the Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea.
Low and medium-level clouds are expected in the northern parts of the country and Sinai Peninsula, accompanied by rainfall on northwestern coasts, South Sinai, Lower Egypt, and different areas of southern Egypt.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be moderate to rough and range between 2 to 2.5 meters in height, with southwesterly surface winds on both seas.
