Meteorologists expect cold weather on Thursday across Egypt, accompanied by rains in the north during daylight hours and growing very cold by night
Low and medium-level clouds are expected to increase north of the country, accompanied by rainfall at the northern coasts and some areas in Lower Egypt.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 19C in Alexandria, 20C in Cairo, 21C in Qena, 21C in Aswan and 19C in Matrouh.
Mist will affect visibility across the country’s northern parts up until northern Upper Egypt.
Winds are expected to be northeasterly, active and moderate over the northern coasts and South Sinai. Winds will be active and disrupt maritime navigation in the Mediterranean and Red sea.
