Stable weather to return on Sunday: EMA

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects a stable weather to return across the country, starting Sunday until Tuesday, following a wave of bad weather that hit the country over the past few days.

Heavy mist is also predicted along the north coast, Lower Egypt, Cairo, Suez Canal cities, north of Upper Egypt, and central Sinai.

The Authority added in a statement on Friday that vision will be reduced to less than 1,000 meters starting midnight and lasting until the early hours of daylight.

It appealed to the Ambulance Organization to remain on high-alert, and to the General Directorate of Traffic to take necessary measures in order to prevent collisions during the misty hours.
