Meteorologists expect cold weather on Sunday across the North Coast, Lower Egypt and Cairo; while mild temperates will prevail in northern Upper Egypt, with warm temperatures prevailing on southern Upper Egypt during the day and very cold temperatures at night.
Visibility will be low in the morning due to exessive mist throughout Lower Egypt, Cairo, and the Suez Canal cities.
Low- and medium-level clouds will appear over the northern regions with rains across North Coast, Lower Egypt and Cairo. Winds are mostly northwesterly, active on Upper Egypt, the Red Sea, and Mediterranean Sea disturbing navigation.
Waves on both the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea are expected to reach an average of 2.5 – 3 meters in height, with a northwesterly surface wind.
Maximum temperatures expected on Sunday are 18C in Cairo, 17C in Alexandria, while Qena 21C, Luxor 24C, and Aswan 23C.
