The Water Resources and Irrigation Ministry has sent a draft of the initial contracts, which will be signed between Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia on one hand and the consulting firms BRL and Artelia on the other, to the State Council for review in accordance with the Egyptian Constitution, said Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazi.
Moghazi added in a press conference at the ministry's headquarters Monday that the members of the tripartite committee of technical experts continued their meetings for the second consecutive day in Khartoum on Monday.
