Egypt's stock market closed in the green zone on Sunday, as the benchmark EGX30 index rose 0.75 percent to 7,547.66 points, with a turnover of LE496 million, the Egyptian Exchange data showed.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 index and the broader EGX100 index increased by 0.63 percent and 0.44 percent respectively.
Arab and foreign institutions were net sellers recording net flows of LE23.2 million and LE8 million respectively, while local institutions were net buyers recording net flows of LE41.1 million.
The EGX market gained LE1.59 billion (US$204 million), hitting LE454.11 billion, compared to Thrusday's LE452.52 billion.
