Egypt's market extended its recovery on Wednesday's session, as the benchmark EGX30 index jumped by 2.55 percent, recording 7,882.62 points and a turnover of LE498 million, the Egyptian Exchange data showed.
Meanwhile, the small and mid-cap EGX70 index and the broader EGX100 index rose by 2 percent and 1.7 percent, respectively.
Local, Arab and foreign institutions were net buyers, recording net flows of LE2.5 million, LE22.5 million and LE10.8 million, respectively, while local and Arab retail investors were net sellers, recording net sales of LE34.93 million and LE1.33 million, respectively.
The EGX market capital gained LE6.92 billion (US$899 million), hitting LE481.75 billion, compared to LE474.83 billion on Tuesday
