Alexandria police seized 35 illegally obtained artifacts, found in a house west of Alexandria.
The police were informed that three people were digging under their house on Seif al-Yazal Street, in al-Wardian neighborhood, searching for ancient artifacts.
The police raided the house when the owners were absent, and found a 15-meter-deep hole, digging tools, and 35 artifacts.
The artifacts were seized and arrest warrants were issued for the fugitive suspects.
