Israel allowed 560 cargo trucks into the Palestinian Gaza Strip Monday, through the Kerem Shalom crossing south of the enclave.
The cargos, which are yet to pass through the crossing, include items for humanitarian and commercial purposes, according to Rad Fattouh, who supervises a committee coordinating cargo entry to Gaza.
Israel had briefly closed the crossing for an hour earlier on Monday before reopening it again.
Kerem Shalom is the only commercial crossing through which goods and fuel enter the blockaded strip. It is closed every Friday and Saturday.
