Defense Minister Sedqy Sobhy has presented Russian President Vladimir Putin with a golden, 9mm gun worth LE5,000, according to the Official Gazette published Monday.
The announcement said the piece was given out in line with laws regulating the charge-free disposal of state assets and after approval from the Finance Ministry.
