Planning Minister Ashraf al-Araby said a plan has been devised to settle all the debts of the Holding Company for Vaccines (VACSERA) to be announced in detail in the coming few days.
The minister said in a press statement on Friday that debts to the National Investment Bank are more than LE400 million, which prompted the bask to develop a plan to save the company.
