Egypt's benchmark index ended Monday's session flat, recording 8,691.85 points, with a turnover of LE434 million, according to the data from the Egyptian Exchange.
Meanwhile, the small and mid-cap index EGX70 and the broader EGX100 index inched down 0.25 percent and 0.36 percent, respectively.
Local and foreign institutions were net buyers, recording net flows of LE7.83 million and LE 25.13 million respectively, while Local and Arab retail investors were net sellers recoding a net flow of LE29.40million and LE8.94 million.
The EGX market capital lost a total of LE140 million (US$18million), hitting LE499.29 billion, compared to LE499.43 billion on Sunday.
