Egypt's market boosted its gains for the second day in a row, as the EGX30 on Tuesday's session rose by 2.04 percent, reaching 8,828.33 points, and a turnover of LE481.8 million, according to data from the Egyptian Exchange.
Meanwhile, the small and mid-cap index EGX70 and the broader index EGX100 increased by 2.11 percent and 1.99 percent respectively.
Local and foreign institutions were net buyers, recording net flows of LE18.1 million and LE26.3 million, respectively, while Arab institutions were net sellers, recording net flows of LE1.8 million.
The EGX market capital gained a total of LE6.74 billion (US$121 million), hitting LE502.82 billion, compared to LE496.08 billion on Monday.
