Independent survey center Baseera Director Maged Othman has said the Cabinet led by Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb enjoys more confidence than that of former cabinets led by former prime ministers Hesham Qandil and Hazem al-Beblawy
During a talk show aired on the privately-owned TV channel Mehwar, Othman said the center conducts a poll to evaluate President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Mehleb's performance, adding that the “polls on prices, providing better life, garbage and traffic were negative. Egyptians’ viewpoint toward foreign policy and security were positive.”
“The center does not ask about specific ministers. Expectations by citizens increase during periods that follow revolutions,” Othman said indicating 26 percent of people have lost complete confidence in the government. He called on the government to provide jobs for the youth in order to guarantee satisfaction.
