In recognition for her efforts that have helped President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, the al-Imam Charitable Association of Mahalla granted the president’s mother the “Ideal Mother” award, together with the mothers of the martyrs of the army and the police.
Association Director Tarek Mostafa said he is sending the president’s mother a copy of the Quran with the honorary ambassador of Gharbiya, a child named Ahmed Yasser al-Messiry who has cancer and who had met with Sisi three times before.
He also said that a grand ceremony will be held on Friday with a number of public figures and artists in the Mahalla Cultural Palace to honor 50 ideal mothers.
