Egypt's market main index EGX30 declined 1.31 percent Wednesday's session recording 9,770.78 points and a turnover of LE 592million, the Egyptian Exchange data showed.
Meanwhile, the EGX70 index and the EGX100 down by 1.03 percent, and 0.94 percent respectively.
"The market closed in the red as a result of institutions selling activities that recorded a net flow of LE70.26 million," said Sigma Securities Brokerage.
On the other hand, Egyptian and foreign retail investors were net buyers recording net flows of LE86.50millon and LE2.05million respectively, while Arab retail investors closed as net sellers recording a net flow of LE18.28million.
EGX market capital lost LE5.58 billion to hit LE528.30 billion compared to LE 533.88 billion on Tuesday's session.
