The Electricity Observatory said in its daily bulletin that consumption reached 27,00 MW on Wednesday and that outages of peak times reached 18 hours.
The bulletin also said that the maximum load expected on Thursday is 27,250 MW, calling on citizens to reduce illumination and the use of air-conditioners and refrain from using washing machines, vacuum cleaners, irons, kettles and electric heater during peak hours.
