Finance Minister Hani Qadry said on Wednesday that the recent fiscal reforms will yield positive results in raising expectations about economic growth internationally.
Egypt took several economic measures, like reducing subsidies on energy and fuel to lessen the 2014-2015 budget deficit, a measure that provoked wrath of citizens.
During a cabinet meeting led by Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb, the Cabinet tackled measures taken by the government to control prices on the market through providing food commodities at suitable prices nationwide at outlets by the agriculture and supply ministries.
