The Minya Criminal Court, nicknamed the Brotherhood Execution Court, is reading out verdicts for 52 members and supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood in four different cases in July, August and September.
The verdict of case 7589 for the year 2014, which includes 18 supporters of deposed President Mohamed Morsy in the Abu Qurqas village of which 17 are fugitives, will be announced on the last day of the September sessions. They are charged with rioting, joining a terrorist group, demonstrating without permission and chanting slogans against the police and the army.
The verdict of cases 9234 and 9239, in which 20 Morsy supporters in Minya are charged with demonstrating without permission and disrupting the constitution, will be announced on the last day of the July sessions.
The verdict of case 9339, in which 12 Brotherhood members and leaders of the National Alliance to Support Legitimacy in the town of Samalout are accused of forming a terrorist cell to overthrow the regime, will be announced on the first day of the July sessions.
And the verdict for two students involved in riots in Minya, of which one is detained, will be announced on the first day of the August sessions.
