The Tax Evasion Misdemeanor Court postponed the retrial of steel tycoon Ahmed Ezz to 28 September, as it awaits a report by experts to verify the charge.
Ezz is charged with evading LE10.68 million in taxes on Ezz Al-Dekheila and Ezz Holding dealings.
The court had returned the case to a first instance court for reconsideration.
