President Adly Mansour flew to Kuwait on Monday morning for a three-day visit to attend the 25th Arab summit that takes place on Tuesday.
The summit is discussing the Syrian crisis, the Palestinian-Israeli peace process, the Arab League reform methods and other economic and social topics.
Mansour’s first visit to Kuwait was to attend the Arab-African summit last November.
