At least four people were killed and another three injured when a car bomb exploded in front of the military intelligence building in Rafah on Wednesday morning.
The explosion happened beside the intelligence building fence in Imam Aly neighborhood in Rafah, North Sinai.
A security source told Al-Masry Al-Youm that a car bomb exploded that contained large amounts of explosives, adding that most of the building was destroyed.
The preliminary death toll is four with another three injured, but the number of victims is expected to rise, the source said, adding that all the officers inside the building were injured.
Ambulances rushed to the site of the explosion while army forces have cordoned off the site.
