This Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use govern your use of The Egypt
Independent electronic edition,If you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you should
check the box indicating your agreement to the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you
should not check the box but you will not be able to proceed with the
subscription process for the respective Service and become a subscriber.
To the extent you have access to, or are using, a Service without having
completed our subscription process.
All payments for the Egypt Independent subscription using the online credit card facilities
are subject to the following conditions.
Egypt Independent payment gateway accepts the following cards:
– Visa
– MasterCard
– JCB
When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in USD currency. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in Egypt Independent records.
Payments are debited to Al Masry Media Corp. Credit card payments are secure: Payments will be processed directly by the Arab African International Bank
using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of
encryption when transmitted over the Internet. Egypt Independent does not have
access to your credit card details.
Confirmation: If successful, the Arab African International Bank will confirm that your payment was completed. If unsuccessful, the Arab African International Bank will advise that your payment has failed. Egypt Independent will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details. If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods.
Egypt Independent will confirm your payment details via email and all information you provide on the subscription form will be handled in accordance with the Egypt Independent privacy statement. Egypt Independent’s Terms and Conditions for online
credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
