65 sidewalks have been constructed for people of determination in Cairo: minister

Sixty-five sidewalks have been constructed for people of determination in the Maadi and Zamalek neighborhoods in Cairo Governorate, Hisham Amna, Minister of Local Development, announced.

The ministry is in the process of expanding the implementation of further projects in the governorates of Luxor and Aswan, in coordination with the Misr El Kheir Foundation.

This is a forward step towards implementing initiatives in cooperation with civil society organizations to the rest of the governorates of Upper Egypt.

Amna said that the action of these facilities aims to facilitate movement for people of determination, and to improve the services provided to them for more quality of life.

Amna stated that the sidewalks that have been constructed include 28 sidewalks in the Maadi district, including ten in Street 9 and Steet 8.

Ten other sidewalks have made available in the vicinity of the Corniche and Maadi Club.
