The number of injured in a bus rollover on the Ras Gharib-Zafarana road, on Thursday morning, has increased to 52, and that all of their cases are stable except for six cases, the Red Sea Health Directorate announced.
An emergency deployment team of doctors and nurses were dispatched to support Ghareb Central Hospital, where the victims were transferred, headed by Dr. Shady Bassem, Director of Emergency Management.
While the Ras Gharib prosecutors, in the northern Red Sea, began investigations into the incident.
Injuries included fractures, bruises and wounds.
Meanwhile, the Ras Ghareb Traffic Department, in coordination with the local authorities, restored the traffic on Ras Gharib-Zafarana Road in the direction heading to Hurghada, after removing the wreckage of the bus.
