5 new areas will be put up to investment to establish logistical areas for grains, vegetables, fruits

Five new areas will be put up to investment in Upper Egypt, Delta and Canal cities in order to establish logistical areas for grains, vegetables and fruits, said Supply and Internal Trade Minister Khaled Hanafy.
 
These logistical areas will provide grains, vegetables and fruits in large quantities with affordable prices, Hanafy said in a statement issued by the ministry.
 
He further said that these products will be sold at outlets affiliated to the Supply Ministry.
 
Talking about the meeting of the internal trade development authority, Hanafy said that the meeting tackled the establishment of a center for commercial registration at the Commercial Chamber in Port Said governorate.
 
He also said that an agreement was reached to hold a conference soon to sign an agreement with a US company which won a tender held by the internal trade development authority to invest under the usufruct system on a plot of land affiliated to the authority in Tanta in Gharbiya governorate at investments worth LE800 million to provide goods at low prices.
 
The meeting also discussed ways of establishing the biggest transport network to transfer goods and grains and provide thousands of jobs.
