Forty-two harassment cases have been detected by Alexandria police on Saturday, the first day of Eid Al-Adha.
Assistant Interior Minister Major General Amin Ezz Eddin ordered a daily crackdown to maintain security on Alexandria streets during Eid.
CID officers, Alexandria officers from various police stations, Alexandria Security Directorate, Central Security Sector, and the armed forces took part in the crackdown.
