14 extremists killed in North Sinai: Military Spokesperson

Military Spokesperson Ahmed Mohamed Ali said on Monday that 14 extremists were killed and another 23 were arrested by the second field army troops between 21-23 February in North Sinai.

On Facebook, Ali said on Monday, “Fifteen vehicles, three motorbikes without license plates, used by terrorists to target police and military, were destroyed.”

Twenty-four shanty houses were burnt to the ground as Ali claimed they were used by terrorists to carry out attacks against police and military. Eleven stocks of merchandise that will be smuggled into Gaza were also destroyed.
