As many as 10,194 people returned from Sudan via Qastal and Arqeen land crossings on April 21-25, the General Authority for Land and Dry Ports (GALDP) announced.
This comes at the directives of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to the government and all the ministries concerned to present all support and facilitations to the returnees.
Transport Minister Kamel al-Wazir is following up with the officials of GALDP to implement the presidential directives and present all facilitations to the Egyptian returnees from Sudan.
