A delegation from the U.S. State Department arrived in Cairo on Friday to prepare for the visit of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry next Sunday.
This is Kerry’s first visit since the 30 June protests that overthrew Islamist President Mohamed Morsy. Kerry is scheduled to meet with Interim President Adly Mansour, Prime Minister Hazem al-Beblawy and Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy.
