Major General Mohsen Abdel Naby inaugurated the Advanced Military Media Center on Tuesday to track information in local and world media.
The center includes a sophisticated network of computers with high storage capacity and speed, Abdel Naby said. He added that the center is open 24 hours and is connected to the Permanent Operation Center of the Armed Forces, the Media Center of the Interior Ministry, the Cabinet’s Center for Information and Decision Support, and the General Information Authority.
