Israel's National Security Council warned Israeli citizens on Sunday from traveling to Egypt, and recommended they avoid traveling to Turkey as well.
The warning comes ahead of upcoming holidays, which include Easter, Independence Day, the Spring Festival, Lag Ba'omer Day, and Shavuot Day, which the Council says is an appropriate time for terrorist attacks.
The counter-terrorism office of the National Security Council warned Israelis from traveling to 27 countries, in addition to eight dangerous areas around the world.
