Very hot weather in Egypt is expected on Tuesday, according to meteorologists.
Warm weather will prevail across the North Coast, while temperatures will be hotter in the rest of the country during the day, especially in the south.
A high of 37C is forecasted for Cairo and 33C for Alexandria. In Upper Egypt, a high of 44C is anticipated for Qena, 45C in Luxor and 46C in Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility in different parts especially the Gulf of Suez and the Red Sea in the north of Egypt, possibly disrupting maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will average at 1.5-2 meters in height, and in the Red Sea between 2-2.5 meters, with northwesterly surface winds across both seas.
