MP Saeed Hassassin has announced that he will tender his resignation from Parliament if he or any of his fellow deputies are mocked by Abla Fahita,
the puppet that makes fun of people on the CBC channel.
“Fahita is an Israeli-American creation that mocks deputies elected by millions of citizens,” he told TV channel Al-Asema on Sunday, adding that the program should be stopped. “There is a difference between freedom and insolence.”
